Product Information
Full details
The PRO Adjustable Armpads + Mount are designed for cyclists participating in time trials, triathlons, and ultra-distance rides who seek a more comfortable and aerodynamic riding position. The key benefit is the ability to achieve a stable, supportive, and customizable fit for long-distance efforts. A potential caveat is that compatibility with non-PRO extensions requires a specific clamping diameter.

FAQs
What material are the PRO Adjustable Armpads made from?
They are constructed from durable AL6061 aluminium.
What is the maximum angle of adjustment available?
The armpads offer up to 28 degrees of tool-adjustable fit.
Are these armpads compatible with any brand of extension bars?
They are optimized for PRO clip-on extensions but are also compatible with any extension bars that have a 22.2mm clamping diameter.
How do I clean the arm-pads?
Clean them with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive or chemical cleaners.
Do these armpads help with hand fatigue?
They are designed to provide a stable forearm platform, which can indirectly reduce strain on the hands and wrists by distributing weight differently.
What type of riding are these armpads best suited for?
They are ideal for time trials, triathlons, and ultra-distance road cycling where an aerodynamic and comfortable position is beneficial.
Can I adjust the position without tools?
No, the 28 degrees of adjustability requires a single tool, typically a hex wrench.
Troubleshooting
Armpads feel unstable after adjustment.
Ensure all adjustment bolts are fully tightened with the appropriate tool. Check that the armpads are correctly seated on the mount.
Cannot achieve desired angle.
Verify that you are within the 28-degree adjustment range. Ensure no obstructions are preventing movement.
Armpads don't fit my current extension bars.
Confirm that your existing extension bars have a 22.2mm clamping diameter. If not, these armpads may not be compatible.
Arm-pad surface feels uncomfortable after extended use.
While designed for comfort, individual fit preferences vary. Ensure the armpads are angled correctly and consider gel inserts if further customization is needed, though these are not included.
