Troubleshooting
Jar arrived damaged
Contact the retailer immediately with photos of the damage and packaging for a replacement or refund.
Lid does not fit snugly
Ensure the rim of the jar and the underside of the lid are clean and free of debris. If the issue persists, it may be a manufacturing variation. Contact the retailer.
Cloudiness or dullness after washing
Ensure you are using mild soap and not dishwasher detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a soft cloth. For stubborn spots, a very dilute vinegar solution followed by thorough rinsing and drying might help.
