FAQs
Will this holder fit my large smartphone (e.g., iPhone Pro Max or Samsung Galaxy Ultra)?
The holder is designed to fit most smartphones, with adjustable arms and swivel feet. However, for very large or unusually shaped devices, it's recommended to measure your phone and compare it with the holder's maximum capacity if possible.
How easily can I remove the phone holder?
The holder features a release button mechanism on the hook and loop strap, allowing for quick and easy removal when needed.
Can I attach this holder to a bicycle handlebar as well?
While primarily designed for strollers and prams, it might be compatible with certain bicycle handlebars depending on their diameter and shape. However, its stability is optimized for stroller handlebars.
How do I clean the Strollerbuddy Phone Holder?
You can clean the holder using a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials that could damage the plastic or strap.
Does the holder spin or move while I'm pushing the stroller?
When properly secured to the handlebar and adjusted to grip the phone, the holder is designed to remain stable. Ensure the hook and loop strap is tight and the phone is well-secured.
Is this holder suitable for winter use with gloves on?
The attachment and phone grip mechanisms are straightforward, but precise adjustments might be slightly more challenging while wearing thick gloves.
What is the warranty period for this product?
Please refer to the product packaging or Dreambaby's official website for specific warranty information, as it can vary.
