Yes, the system includes a shut-off valve with an integrated shower holder.
The provided shower hose is 125 cm in length.
A minimum flow pressure of 1 bar is required for the unit to function correctly.
Yes, the Brushed Bronze finish is designed for bathroom environments, though you should avoid abrasive cleaners to maintain its appearance.
Check that the water supply valves are fully open and confirm that your home water pressure meets the minimum 1 bar requirement.
Ensure the conical nuts are tightened properly and check that the internal seals are correctly seated and free of debris.
Installation should be performed by a qualified professional to ensure the shut-off valve is correctly integrated into your water supply lines. Before purchasing, verify that your local building codes do not require EN 1717 compliance, as this product is explicitly restricted in those jurisdictions. For daily maintenance, clean the nozzle surfaces with a mild, non-abrasive soap and water to prevent mineral buildup. Avoid using harsh chemicals or scouring pads, as these can strip the Brushed Bronze finish and damage the internal flow regulators.
