Troubleshooting
Chair frame feels wobbly after assembly
Check all bolts and connection points; tighten them systematically to ensure the frame is square and level.
Wood surface looks dry or faded
This is a natural process for oiled wood. Sand lightly if necessary and apply a fresh coat of suitable outdoor wood oil to restore color.
Cushions have become dirty
Remove the covers if possible and hand wash with a gentle detergent. Air dry completely before replacing them on the cushions.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly is straightforward, typically requiring basic tools to secure the frame components. Ensure all bolts are tightened firmly to maintain structural integrity.
Care Instructions:
- Wood Maintenance: Apply a high-quality teak or wood oil at least once per season to nourish the timber and maintain its natural luster.
- Cleaning: Use a damp cloth and mild soapy water for the frame. Avoid abrasive chemicals that might strip the protective oil finish.
- Cushion Storage: While the fabric is designed for outdoor use, it is not waterproof; store cushions in a dry, ventilated box or indoors during inclement weather to prevent mold or discoloration.
- Winter Prep: Cover the chairs or move them to a shed/garage during winter months to protect the integrity of the wood grain.
