Troubleshooting
Chair height will not stay adjusted
Ensure the lever is fully returned to its neutral horizontal position after adjustment. If it continues to sink, check that the gas lift cylinder is fully seated in the base.
Chair feels unstable or wobbly
Check all mounting bolts underneath the seat to ensure they are tightened to the frame; use a hex key to secure any loose hardware.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly is straightforward, typically requiring the attachment of the base to the seat mechanism and the installation of the casters. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely before first use to prevent wobbling. For maintenance, keep the brown upholstery clean by wiping it down with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper stains, use a mild leather-safe cleaner, testing a small, inconspicuous area first. The chair is compatible with most standard office floorings, though a chair mat is recommended for deep-pile carpets to protect the swivel casters.
