Troubleshooting
Toy appears misshapen after shipping
Gently reshape the plush by hand. Allow it to sit for a few hours; the soft filling will naturally regain its form.
Minor dirt or stain on the plush
Use a clean, damp cloth to gently blot the affected area. For tougher spots, a mild soap solution can be used sparingly, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth. Always air dry.
Filling seems to have clumped
Gently massage the plush toy with your hands to redistribute the filling. This is common with soft plush toys and usually resolves with gentle manipulation.
