FAQs

Can this be used by all skin types?

The trio is designed for general skin health, but those with extremely sensitive skin should use the physical exfoliator sparingly.

How often should I use the Pro-Collagen Glow Boost Exfoliator?

It is recommended to use the exfoliator 1-2 times per week to avoid over-exfoliation.

Is the moisturizer suitable for oily skin?

Yes, the Daily Moisture Boost is specifically formulated to be lightweight, making it suitable for those who prefer non-greasy hydration.

Can I use this after shaving?

Absolutely. The Daily Moisture Boost is enriched with soothing ingredients precisely to calm and hydrate the skin after shaving.

What is the size of each product in the set?

The set includes a 200ml Dynamic Resurfacing Facial Wash, a 50ml Daily Moisture Boost, and a 15ml Pro-Collagen Glow Boost Exfoliator.

Troubleshooting

Skin feels slightly tight after cleansing

Reduce the frequency of the Dynamic Resurfacing Facial Wash to once a day or ensure you are following immediately with the Daily Moisture Boost while the skin is still slightly damp.

Exfoliator feels too abrasive

Apply less pressure when massaging the product and ensure your face is sufficiently wet before application to provide a smoother glide.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Comprehensive three-step routine in a single package
Patented tri-enzyme technology for professional-grade exfoliation
Lightweight moisturizer formula that absorbs quickly without residue
Suitable for soothing skin post-shave
Helps improve skin texture and brightness

Cons

The exfoliator is provided in a smaller 15ml sample size
Contains physical exfoliation which may be too harsh for extremely sensitive skin
Limited to three steps, may not replace specialized targeted treatments

Setup, Compatibility & Care

No technical setup is required for these products; however, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the potency of the botanical extracts. The range is designed for most skin types, but users with highly reactive skin should perform a patch test on a small area of the jawline before full facial application. Ensure the lids are tightly closed after every use to prevent the cleanser and moisturizer from drying out. Keep the products within their shelf-life guidelines by monitoring the texture and scent, and ensure the bottle nozzles remain clean to prevent product buildup.
