Troubleshooting
No water reaching the brush head.
Ensure the garden tap is fully turned on, check that the hose is securely connected to both the tap and the pole, and verify the inline tap on the pole is open.
Poor water flow or low pressure.
Partially close the garden tap slightly; sometimes full pressure can be too much for the system. Check for kinks in the hose. Clean any debris from the garden tap's connection point.
Streaks left on windows after cleaning.
Ensure the brush is moving dirt effectively and rinse thoroughly. Adjust the water flow. Make sure the squeegee is clean and making full contact; try drying with a clean microfiber cloth after squeegeeing.
Pole sections are difficult to extend or collapse.
Ensure the locking mechanisms are fully released. Check for any dirt or debris within the pole sections and clean them. Lubrication is generally not required; avoid forcing the sections.
Water leaks from connections.
Check that all hose connections are tight. Consider using a small amount of PTFE tape on threaded tap connections if a rubber washer alone isn't sealing properly.
