What is the total length of the power cable?

The bow comes with a 5-metre power lead.

Does the bow come with mounting hardware?

Mounting hardware is not included, as the best attachment method depends on your specific mounting surface.

Can I replace individual LEDs if they fail?

The LED array is integrated into the frame and is not designed for individual bulb replacement.

What are the dimensions of the bow?

The bow measures 43cm in height, 33cm in length, and 3cm in width.

Troubleshooting

Lights will not turn on

Check that the plug is fully inserted into the power outlet and verify the outlet is receiving power.

Timer is not activating at the correct time

Unplug the device, wait for 10 seconds, and plug it back in at the specific time you want the 6-hour cycle to begin.

Visible flickering

Ensure the power connection is secure and there is no fraying or damage to the 5-metre power cable.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • High LED count ensures uniform and bright illumination
  • Timer function simplifies the daily routine of turning lights on and off
  • 5-metre power cable provides excellent installation flexibility
  • Sophisticated gold finish complements various holiday themes
  • Sturdy construction suitable for multiple festive seasons

Cons

  • Requires access to a mains power socket
  • Limited to covered outdoor areas rather than fully exposed weather conditions
  • Dimensions are fixed, so verify your mounting space before purchase

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward: simply mount the bow to your desired surface using appropriate wall hooks or weather-resistant fasteners. Ensure the power cable is routed safely to a sheltered mains outlet. While the unit is suitable for outdoor use, it is intended for covered areas, so avoid placing it in spots where it will be directly exposed to heavy rain or standing water. To clean, wipe the gold frame gently with a dry, soft cloth during the off-season. Always store the unit in a cool, dry place inside the original packaging or a protective box to prevent the LEDs from being crushed.
