FAQs
How many people are needed to set up the gazebo?
We recommend 2-3 people for safe and proper assembly to ensure the frame extends evenly and locks securely.
Is the canopy waterproof?
The canopy is water-resistant with a silver lining offering protection during mild showers. It is not designed for heavy rain, as water weight can cause damage.
What should I do if the weather turns bad?
If strong winds or heavy rain are expected, it is crucial to dismantle the gazebo or ensure it is extremely well-anchored. Do not leave it assembled unattended overnight or in adverse weather conditions.
What is included with the gazebo?
The gazebo includes a heavy-duty folding frame, the roof, guide ropes, weight bags, and a storage carrying bag.
What are the dimensions of the gazebo?
The gazebo measures 3 meters in length by 3 meters in width, with a height of 2.8 meters.
Can I leave the gazebo assembled overnight?
No, it is not recommended to leave the gazebo assembled unattended overnight due to potential damage from weather or other factors. The manufacturer is not responsible for overnight damage.
How do I clean the gazebo canopy?
Clean the canopy with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure it is completely dry before storing to prevent mold and mildew.
Troubleshooting
Gazebo frame won't extend or lock.
Ensure all locking mechanisms are fully disengaged before attempting to extend. Check for any obstructions within the frame joints. Ensure you have enough people to extend it evenly.
Canopy not fitting correctly.
Make sure the frame is fully extended and locked at the desired height. Ensure the canopy is oriented correctly and then secure it to the frame using all available velcro straps and ties.
Gazebo feels unstable.
This is usually due to inadequate anchoring. Ensure all guide ropes are taut, securely pegged, and that the weight bags are properly utilized on all legs. Check the ground for stability.
Water pooling on the roof.
Ensure the canopy is pulled taut and that the frame is level. If significant pooling occurs, consider a temporary support or dismantling the gazebo if rain is heavy, as water weight can damage the frame.
