Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the A16 is straightforward; upon first boot, follow the Windows 11 setup wizard to configure your user profile and network connection. Keep the device updated using the built-in software to ensure optimal GPU driver performance. For hardware maintenance, the laptop is designed for accessibility, allowing you to easily remove the base panel for cleaning fans or upgrading RAM/SSD storage. Always use the included 240W power adapter for full performance; while the device supports USB-C charging (45W-100W), it will not support maximum power for gaming tasks via that method. Clean the aluminum surface with a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth and avoid using harsh chemicals.
