Yes, these tyres are E-marked and fully road legal.
Each tyre is rated for a maximum load capacity of 255lbs (115kg).
The recommended operating pressure for these tyres is 10psi.
These are tubeless tyres, so they do not require inner tubes unless the rim is damaged or leaking.
The 4-ply rating indicates the tyre's strength and carcass durability, making it more resistant to punctures and wear than lower-ply variants.
These are ATV/trailer tyres and are not intended for high-speed motorway driving.
Ensure the rim bead is clean and free of debris. Use a bead sealer if there is minor corrosion on the rim.
Check that the tyre is properly seated on the rim and confirm that the air pressure is set exactly to 10psi.
Have your quad or trailer wheel alignment checked, as uneven wear is typically a symptom of suspension or alignment issues.
Before installation, ensure your existing wheel rims are compatible with the 18x9.50-8 sizing. Since these are tubeless tyres, it is highly recommended to use a professional tyre mounting machine to avoid damaging the bead during seating. Regularly inspect the tread for embedded sharp objects or stones, particularly after off-road use. If the trailer or quad will remain stationary for long periods, keep the tyres out of direct sunlight and maintain the 10psi pressure to prevent flat spots and dry rot. Always check the sidewall for any signs of cracking or bulges before embarking on a journey.
