Full details

This Velux Centre Pivot Roof Window is designed for homeowners seeking a durable, low-maintenance window solution for high-humidity areas like kitchens and bathrooms. Its key benefit is the moisture-resistant white polyurethane finish combined with a center-pivot mechanism that allows easy operation and cleaning, even above furniture. A potential caveat is its specific suitability for roof pitches between 15° and 90° and the need for compatible blind systems for full control. What is the minimum and maximum roof pitch for installation?

Does the window come with blinds?

Troubleshooting

Check for any obstructions in the pivot mechanism or frame. Ensure the window is properly sealed and that the frame has not warped. For persistent issues, contact a professional installer.

Condensation on the glass.

Some condensation is normal, especially in high-humidity rooms and during temperature changes. Ensure adequate ventilation when using the window and consider using a dehumidifier. If condensation is between panes, the seal may be compromised; contact customer support.

Leaking around the window frame.

This typically indicates an issue with the installation or flashing. Check that the flashing is correctly installed and sealed. Professional inspection and repair may be necessary.
