The DeWalt DCF921N-XJ 18v XR Brushless Compact Impact Wrench offers up to 609 Nm of breakaway torque (406 Nm of fastening torque) for efficient removal of stubborn bolts. Its ultra-compact and lightweight design ensures ease of use in confined spaces. The 1/2" square drive features a hog ring for quick socket changes, and a hole in the anvil allows for securing sockets with a retaining pin or rubber O-ring, making it ideal for scaffolders. This tool provides complete control with a variable trigger and an efficient brushless motor that enhances performance and extends tool life, contributing to its short design of only 125mm. A bright white LED with a delay feature and brightness control improves visibility and functionality in various conditions. The DCF921 is specifically recommended for scaffolding applications and includes a Tactile 4 Mode Select Feature for precise control over speed and fastening: Scaffold mode (prevents overtightening and fastener run-off), Low Speed (reduced speed to prevent overtightening small fasteners), Precision Wrench (pauses before impacting or lowers speed to prevent over-tightening/run-off), and High Speed (normal operating speed).
