The Mehr Vision 800lm LED Inspection Light (EHL304) is a professional-grade illumination tool designed for automotive technicians, engineers, and agricultural workers who require precise color rendering and versatile lighting configurations. With its high-efficiency 10W COB LED and an additional 3W torch, it offers exceptional visibility for detailed inspection tasks. While it boasts a robust IP54 and IK08-rated build, users should be aware that battery life significantly decreases when running at the maximum 800lm output compared to lower dimming settings.

Yes, but for optimal battery health, it is recommended to allow the device to charge fully when not in use.
IP54 indicates the light is protected against limited dust ingress and is splash-proof from any direction, but not submersible.
The light usually features a dedicated mode button or a short-press function on the power switch to cycle through 3000K, 4500K, and 6500K settings.
Yes, the device uses a standard USB-C interface, allowing it to work with most modern wall adapters and power banks.
A 95+ CRI rating means the light renders colors very close to natural sunlight, which is critical for accurate color matching and part identification.
Charging time typically ranges from 4 to 6 hours depending on the amperage of your USB power source.
Ensure the charging dock is receiving power and the light is properly seated in the magnetic or physical cradle. Check for debris on the charging contacts.
Verify the dimming setting. You may have accidentally lowered the intensity; press and hold the dimming button to cycle back up to 100%.
The battery may be depleted. If it happens frequently on low settings, the internal battery may be reaching the end of its cycle life.
To begin using the light, ensure it is fully charged using the provided 1m USB-C to USB-A cable and the included charging dock. The dock should be placed on a flat, stable surface within reach of a standard USB power source. To extend the battery lifespan, avoid completely draining the Li-ion cell; it is recommended to place the unit back on the dock after each shift. Periodically wipe the lens with a soft, non-abrasive microfiber cloth to ensure maximum light output. Avoid using harsh chemical solvents, as these can degrade the impact-resistant casing. Since the unit is IP54 rated, it can withstand light splashes, but avoid exposing the charging port to excessive moisture or debris.
