FAQs

Is this bag waterproof?

The polyester material is water-resistant, meaning it will repel light moisture, but it is not fully waterproof.

Can the shoulder strap be removed?

Yes, the shoulder strap is fully detachable using the side clips.

Does it fit a standard laptop?

The Elysia is a medium-sized bag and is generally best for tablets or smaller netbooks; it is not designed to fit large standard laptops.

How do I clean the furry monkey charm?

It is recommended to hand-wash the charm in warm water with mild soap and let it air dry to maintain the fluffiness.

Is the material machine washable?

We recommend surface cleaning only to protect the longevity of the fabric and the internal compartments.

Troubleshooting

Shoulder strap clip is stuck

Clear any debris or fabric snagged in the metal mechanism and apply a light silicone lubricant if necessary.

Magnetic closure not holding

Ensure that the magnetic contact points are free of fabric obstruction and are clicking into place properly.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Excellent internal organization with dedicated pen and phone slots

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To configure the bag, attach the shoulder strap to the side D-rings if you prefer a cross-body style; otherwise, store the strap inside the bag and use the top handles for a tote-like appearance.

Care Instructions:

Spot clean the polyester exterior with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent.
Avoid machine washing to maintain the shape and integrity of the internal stiffeners.
Air dry away from direct heat sources.
The monkey keyring can be removed and hand-washed gently if it becomes soiled.
