FAQs

Can I leave this furniture out all winter?

While the materials are weather-resistant, it is highly recommended to use a protective cover or move the set to a garage/shed during harsh winter months to extend its lifespan.

How do I wash the cushion covers?

The covers are removable; it is recommended to hand wash them or use a gentle cycle with cold water and air dry to prevent shrinkage.

What size gas tank fits the table?

The table is specifically designed to accommodate a 5kg gas tank.

Is the firepit safe for use on wooden decking?

Yes, provided the firepit is used as intended, but always ensure the area is well-ventilated and away from low-hanging structures.

Does the set come fully assembled?

No, the set is delivered flat-packed and requires customer assembly.

Troubleshooting

Firepit does not ignite

Check the gas supply valve, ensure the hose connection is tight, and confirm the battery for the igniter is fresh.

Wobbling table or chairs

Ensure all bolts are tightened evenly on a level surface. If the surface is uneven, adjust the leveling feet found on the base of the furniture.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Flexible seating arrangement for up to nine people
  • Reclining armchairs provide superior ergonomic support
  • Weather-resistant PE rattan and galvanized steel construction
  • Firepit table adds functionality and atmosphere to evening gatherings
  • Easy-to-clean removable cushion covers

Cons

  • Requires significant time for assembly
  • Heavy components may require two people to assemble
  • Gas tank for the firepit must be purchased separately
  • Flat-pack delivery means all components must be unpacked and organized first

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly is required upon arrival. Start by grouping similar parts to simplify the process, and use a manual screwdriver to avoid overtightening or damaging the rattan weave. The firepit requires a 5kg gas tank; ensure you follow the igniter and hose connection instructions precisely to verify a secure seal. For long-term care, store cushion covers indoors during wet weather to prevent mildew, and use a waterproof furniture cover when the set is not in use. Clean the rattan frame periodically with a soft brush and mild soapy water.
