Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your press, place it on a heat-resistant, level, and sturdy table capable of supporting the machine's weight. Plug the device directly into a grounded wall outlet; avoid using extension cords to ensure proper electrical stability. Before your first press, perform a test on scrap fabric to verify temperature accuracy. To maintain the machine, keep the heating plate clean by wiping it with a non-abrasive cloth while cool. Never use sharp tools to remove residue from the plate, as this can scratch the non-stick coating. Regularly check the slide-out rail for debris to ensure smooth movement.
