Troubleshooting
Stubborn tea or coffee stains inside the mug
Create a paste of baking soda and water, apply to the stain with a soft cloth, and rinse thoroughly.
Mug feels too hot to hold after microwaving
Reduce the microwave duration or use a mug coaster; since porcelain is a dense material, it retains heat longer than thinner materials.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Simpa mug set, follow these care guidelines:
- First Use: Before the first use, wash the mugs thoroughly in warm soapy water to remove any manufacturing dust.
- Dishwasher Care: While the mugs are dishwasher safe, it is recommended to place them in the top rack to avoid potential chipping from heavier cookware.
- Microwave Use: Ensure the mugs are not dry-heated in the microwave; always contain liquid to prevent thermal shock.
- Storage: Stackable storage is not recommended due to the unique vertical stripe shape, which may increase the risk of chipping; store them side-by-side on your shelf or in a cabinet.
