FAQs

What type of wood should I use?

How do I clean the fire pit?

Allow the fire pit to cool completely. Remove ash and debris after each use. Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth.

Can I use the fire pit on a wooden deck?

While the HerQs Blaze minimizes smoke, always place it on a non-flammable surface. Use a fire-resistant mat if placing on a wooden deck.

How long does the fire pit take to cool down?

Allow several hours for the fire pit to cool completely before handling or cleaning.

What is the warranty on the HerQs Blaze?

The HerQs Blaze comes with a lifetime guarantee.

How does the double-wall system work?

Cold air is drawn in at the bottom, heated in the walls, and then burned again at the top, resulting in a cleaner burn.

Can I cook food on the HerQs Blaze?

While the HerQs Blaze is designed for creating a cozy atmosphere, it is not optimized for cooking directly on the fire pit. Use it for warmth and ambiance.
