Troubleshooting

Cupcakes feel loose in the cavity

Check your cupcake liner size; the inserts are specifically designed for a 2-inch base.

Box feels unstable during transport

Ensure all base flaps are fully locked and hold the box from the bottom rather than by the sides.

Frosting is touching the lid

While the 3-inch depth is generous, ensure your decoration style doesn't exceed the height limit of the box.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Clear window for professional presentation
Removable inserts allow for versatile storage of non-cupcake items
Generous 3-inch depth accommodates tall decorations
Sturdy construction protects delicate bakes
Clean, minimalist aesthetic

Cons

Insert is strictly sized for 2-inch base cupcakes
Requires assembly before use
Only includes 2 boxes per pack
Not intended for heavy-duty long-distance transport without additional support

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly is intuitive: unfold the main structure, fold the bottom flaps to lock the base, and insert the divider card. Ensure the box is placed on a flat, level surface during transit to prevent shifting. Compatibility is restricted to cupcakes with a 2-inch base; if your liners are larger, they will not sit flat in the cavities. Keep the boxes stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or humidity to prevent the cardstock from warping. If you plan to store them for long periods, keep them in their original flat-packed packaging to save space.
