The SIP 254mm x 25.4mm TCT 40T Circular Saw Blade is an ideal choice for professional woodworkers and workshop technicians seeking a reliable, heavy-duty cutting solution for clean and precise results. Featuring a high-quality Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) design with 40 precision-ground teeth, this blade is built for longevity under demanding conditions; however, users should note it is specifically optimized for SIP circular saw systems, which may limit compatibility with other brands.

No, this blade is specifically designed for woodworking. Cutting metal or plastic will rapidly dull the carbide tips and may cause damage.
Signs of a dull blade include increased resistance when pushing wood through the saw, burning on the cut edge, or audible 'screeching'.
While the diameter and bore are standard, this blade is optimized for SIP circular saws. Check your saw's manual for bore size requirements.
A 40-tooth count is a versatile 'all-rounder', offering a cleaner finish than a low-tooth ripping blade but faster cutting than high-tooth finishing blades.
Use a specialized blade resin cleaner and a soft nylon brush. Avoid using harsh metal scrapers that could damage the carbide tips.
Ensure the blade is fully seated on the arbor and the flange nut is tightened to manufacturer specifications.
The blade may be dull or the feed rate is too slow. Check the teeth for debris or resin and increase your feed rate slightly.
Ensure you are using a zero-clearance insert or check that the blade height is set correctly to protrude slightly above the material.
To ensure peak performance, always verify that your saw is disconnected from its power source before attempting blade installation. Ensure the blade's rotation arrow aligns with the direction of the saw arbor. The 25.4mm bore is standard for many SIP professional units, but verify your specific model's manual before use. For care, regularly remove pitch and sawdust from the teeth using a resin cleaner to prevent friction buildup. Store the blade in its original packaging or a dedicated blade holder to protect the sharp carbide tips from accidental chipping when not in use.
