Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before first use, wash the pan with warm soapy water to remove any manufacturing residues. While the pan is highly durable, avoid using harsh abrasive scouring pads that might scratch the finish. For daily cleaning, a soft sponge and standard dish detergent are sufficient. If the pan develops heat-related discoloration, a specialized stainless steel cleaner can restore the luster. The pan is compatible with all modern heat sources, including induction. When cooking, allow the pan to preheat for a minute over medium heat before adding oil to ensure a naturally non-stick surface. Always allow the pan to cool before submerging it in cold water to prevent thermal shock.
