Ski lift movement is stiff or sticking

Furniture items seem unstable

Double-check that the furniture is placed on a flat, level floor section of the cottage and that the dolls are positioned correctly within the seats or beds.

Pros and Cons

Pros

High-quality construction using real wood
Extensive variety of included furniture and accessories
Supports multiple doll sizes for versatile play
Interactive features like the functional ski lift
Allows for 360-degree play environments

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the cottage involves assembling the wooden panels into the three-story structure. Ensure you have a clear, flat area on the floor to work on, as the final dimensions are substantial. The playset is fully compatible with all current L.O.L. Surprise O.M.G., Tweens, and Tots dolls, meaning you do not need special adapters to switch between different lines. Maintenance is straightforward: simply wipe down the wooden and plastic surfaces with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may damage the finish on the printed wooden panels. Since no batteries are required, the mechanical elements are low-maintenance and will not suffer from electronic failure.
