The set includes the hand shower, holder, and hose. You will need to provide a separate stop valve for the water supply line.
The finish is high-quality and durable, but it should be kept dry when not in use and cleaned with a soft cloth to maintain its appearance.
No. This product is not suitable for installation in countries where EN 1717 regulations regarding backflow prevention are enforced.
The included shower hose is 1250 mm long.
The EcoSmart technology is built directly into the jet design of the shower head, so it functions automatically whenever the water is running.
Check the EcoSmart filter for mineral buildup and ensure the stop valve is fully opened.
Ensure the rubber gaskets are correctly seated and the nut is tightened securely.
Verify that the swivel coupling is free of debris and able to rotate smoothly.
For proper installation, this bidet set should be mounted in close proximity to the toilet area. Since the unit includes both conical and cylindrical nuts, it is compatible with most standard plumbing interfaces. It is critical to confirm local plumbing codes regarding backflow prevention before installation, as this unit is not EN 1717 compliant. To maintain the brushed bronze finish, wipe down the unit regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid the use of abrasive scouring pads or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can strip the finish and damage the aesthetic of the metal.
