To set up your camera, ensure the battery is fully charged via the USB-C port before your first outing. The OM-5 is compatible with a wide range of Micro Four Thirds lenses, allowing for a versatile kit that remains compact. To maintain the IP53 weather-sealed rating, ensure the battery door and port covers are firmly closed before exposing the camera to dust or moisture. Clean the sensor using only air blowers designed for optical equipment, and avoid using abrasive cloths on the lens elements. Always store the camera in a dry, cool environment when not in use for extended periods.
