Troubleshooting
Pen not writing
Ensure the ballpoint tip is extended. If it's a new pen, remove any protective covering from the tip. If the ink has dried, try gently warming the tip in your hand or replacing the ink cartridge.
Ink skipping or blotching
This can be due to a partially clogged ballpoint. Try writing on a piece of scrap paper with a firm pressure to re-engage the ball. If the issue persists, consider replacing the ink cartridge.
Club crest or print is fading
Avoid harsh cleaning agents or abrasive materials. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or excessive friction can also cause fading over time.

Setup: The Newcastle United FC Tactical Pen requires no setup beyond removing it from its packaging. It is ready to use immediately. The ballpoint mechanism operates with a simple twist or click, depending on its internal design.
Compatibility: This pen is compatible with standard ballpoint ink refills. If the ink runs out, a replacement refill of the same type can be purchased from most stationery stores.
