Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up your Wham Vista Planters is straightforward. Before adding soil, locate the marked drill-hole guides on the bottom surface of the planter. Use a standard drill bit to open these points; the number of holes you should drill depends on your plant type—more holes for plants that dislike 'wet feet,' and fewer for moisture-loving varieties.
For care, the recycled plastic is low-maintenance. A quick wipe-down with a damp cloth or a gentle spray from a garden hose is sufficient to remove dust and dirt. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can degrade the material. During severe frost, while the planters are weather-resistant, moving them to a sheltered area can extend their lifespan even further.
