A unique vegetable closely related to standard parsley. This variety features large, tapered, white roots with a strong, nutty, celery flavour when roasted. The roots can be harvested from October onwards, and are excellent for garnish or as an herb for a bold taste. Product Specifications: Position: Sun or semi shade Height: 45cm Spread: 45cm Supplied as: 200 seeds Sowing Information: Sow seeds outdoors from March to April. Plant at a depth of 1cm in drills 30cm apart, in a well-prepared seedbed, in full sun or semi-shade. Germination typically takes around 28 days, depending on temperature. Care Instructions: Water and feed regularly during dry periods. Pinch leaves to encourage fresh growth or harvest roots from October.
