Otrivine Sinusitis Nasal Spray provides relief from nasal congestion, including colds, perennial and allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. The active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride helps to open and clear nasal passages by reducing excessive secretions and returning swollen blood vessels to their normal size. It delivers a medicated spray to quickly relieve nasal congestion associated with sinusitis and provides up to 10 hours of relief in as little as 2 minutes. For adults and children over 12 years of age, the recommended dosage is one spray in each nostril up to 3 times daily. Do not use for more than seven consecutive days.
