FAQs

How often should I use the kit?

Use Performance Wash whenever your garments are dirty. Reapply Performance Repel as needed to maintain water repellency, typically after every few washes.

Can I use this on delicate fabrics?

Yes, but always check the garment's care label first. Use a gentle wash cycle and follow the instructions carefully.

How long does the water repellency last?

The duration varies depending on use and wear. Reapply Performance Repel when you notice water no longer beads off the fabric.

Is the kit safe for the environment?

Yes, the Grangers kit is fluorocarbon free, making it an environmentally friendly choice.

What temperature should I wash my clothes at?

Always refer to the garment's care label for recommended washing temperatures.

Can I use this kit on my down-filled jacket?

Yes, but ensure you follow the care label instructions. Do not use fabric softener, as this can affect the down's performance.

How much product should I use?

The amount of Performance Wash and Repel needed depends on the garment and the amount of clothing being washed. Refer to the product packaging for detailed instructions.

Troubleshooting
