Troubleshooting
Turtles are not eating the food sticks
Ensure the food is fresh and stored correctly. Check if the turtles are juveniles, as this food is for adults. Try offering a smaller quantity or introducing it gradually.
Food is fouling the water quickly
Feed only what your turtles can consume within a few minutes. Remove any uneaten food promptly after feeding to maintain water quality.
Food sticks break apart too easily
This can sometimes happen if the food is exposed to moisture. Ensure the container is sealed tightly and stored in a dry environment.
