FAQs

Can I cast these markers from the bank?

No, these markers are specifically designed to be dropped from a boat.

How many markers are in a pack?

Each pack contains 2 Rogue Mini Markers.

Do these markers come with weights attached?

No, you will need to provide your own weight and line to anchor the marker in your desired spot.

Are these markers suitable for fast-flowing rivers?

They are best suited for still or slow-moving water; strong currents may affect their stability and vertical positioning.

How do I maintain the markers?

Rinse with fresh water after each use and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

Marker is not staying upright

Check that the attached weight is sufficient for the water depth and current speed.

Marker is hard to see in low light

Ensure the marker surface is clean; dirt or algae buildup can reduce the effectiveness of the high-visibility orange finish.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your Rogue Mini Markers, ensure you have a suitable length of line and a weight attached to the base of the marker stem before deployment. This ensures the marker stays anchored in the specific spot you have baited. After each use, rinse the markers with fresh water to remove any debris or salt, as this will preserve the high-visibility coating. Always store the markers in a dry place to prevent potential wear on the attachment points. Avoid dragging the markers across rocks or sharp surfaces, as this can damage the buoyant foam material.
