Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup: Light the charcoal using a chimney starter or natural fire starters. Avoid using lighter fluid, as this can impart unwanted flavors. Once coals are covered in gray ash, they are ready for cooking.
Compatibility: This charcoal is compatible with all types of grills, smokers, and outdoor cooking setups, including charcoal grills, kettle grills, ceramic smokers (like Kamado grills), and wood-fired pizza ovens. It is also suitable for shisha use.
Care: Store the charcoal in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original sealed packaging or an airtight container, to prevent moisture absorption. Unused, properly stored charcoal can sometimes be reused for low-heat cooking or composted.
