Troubleshooting
Doors or tailgate are stiff to open/close
Gently try to move the doors and tailgate back and forth a few times. Ensure no debris is obstructing the mechanism. Avoid forcing them.
Figure does not fit well inside the vehicle
Ensure you are using a standard Bruder figure. The figures are designed to fit snugly into the seats and standing positions. Check that the figure's accessories are not preventing a proper fit.
Tyres seem loose
The tyres are designed to be robust. If a tyre appears very loose, check for any obvious damage. For minor looseness, it may not affect play, but significant issues may indicate a manufacturing defect.
