FAQs
Does the bench come with a lock?
The bench is designed with a latching mechanism, but it does not include a padlock. You can add your own padlock to the designated loop to increase security.
Can I leave this outside in the winter?
Yes, the resin material is weather-resistant and designed to handle various outdoor climates year-round.
How much weight can the seat support?
The bench is designed to comfortably seat two adults. It is not intended to be used as a step ladder or to hold heavy concentrated loads.
Is the assembly really tool-free?
Yes, the bench uses an innovative click-together system that requires no drills, screwdrivers, or other tools.
What are the exact dimensions?
The bench measures 89 cm in height, 61 cm in width, and 133 cm in depth.
Troubleshooting
The lid does not close flush or feels misaligned.
Ensure the bench is placed on a completely flat, level surface. Uneven ground can cause the frame to torque slightly, preventing the lid from latching properly.
Water appears inside the storage area.
Check that the lid is fully closed and that no debris is preventing the seal from meeting the base. Confirm the bench is level so water drains off properly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly is designed to be straightforward; the components snap together without the need for traditional hand tools. It is recommended to perform the assembly on a flat, solid surface to ensure all interlocking parts align correctly. For care, simply wipe the bench down with a damp cloth or a mild soap solution if it gathers dust or dirt over the seasons. Because of the weather-resistant resin, no staining, painting, or specialized treatments are required to maintain its wood-like appearance.
