Product Information

Full details

This pack contains 3 rolls of self-adhesive vinyl wrap, each measuring 67.5cm x 2m. It's a budget-friendly and removable DIY solution perfect for covering surfaces like kitchen worktops and furniture. The vinyl is heat resistant up to 75°C and durable for easy cleaning. Its realistic stone designs can transform countertops at a fraction of the cost of replacement. For application, use a DC Fix application kit for smoothing and cutting. Overlap seams by a few millimeters to account for shrinkage, especially on worktops. Cut out sink areas and trim excess material. The backing paper has a grid for accurate cutting. Lightly spraying water can help manoeuvre the vinyl on smooth surfaces like glass and appliances. For curved surfaces, use a hairdryer to warm and make the vinyl more pliable. To ensure water-tightness around sinks and hobs, use silicone sealant. Clean with regular household cleaners, avoiding scrubbing. Wipe spillages immediately to prevent staining. Do not cut or use sharp objects directly on the vinyl; always use worktop savers. While heat resistant to 75°C, avoid direct contact with hot pans and keep away from naked flames. Made in Germany, DC Fix vinyl boasts a 5-star rating for adhesion, opacity, lightfastness, shrinkage, and durability. It features a water-based, low-tack adhesive that allows repositioning during application, bonding fully within 24 hours and removable with heat.
