FAQs
Can I use these pods in cold water?
Yes, but ensure you select a cycle with enough duration to allow the film to fully dissolve.
Are these safe for sensitive skin?
While the pods feature a neutral pH formula, individuals with severe chemical sensitivities should always perform a patch test on clothing first.
How many pods should I use for a large load?
For an extra-large or heavily soiled load, you may use two pods to ensure optimal cleaning power.
Should I place the pod in the detergent drawer?
No, these pods are designed to be placed directly into the machine drum for optimal dissolution.
How should I store the pods safely?
Store in the original container, kept high and out of reach of children and pets, in a cool, dry environment.
Troubleshooting
Pod residue remains on clothing after wash
Ensure the pod is placed at the back of the empty drum before laundry is added, and avoid overloading the machine.
Pod did not dissolve fully
Check that the wash cycle temperature is appropriate for the clothing type; pods may struggle to dissolve in very short, cold-water cycles.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Eliminates measuring and potential detergent spills
- Leaves a pleasant, fresh fragrance on fabrics
- Efficient stain removal for everyday wear
- Convenient 12-pack size for easy storage
Cons
- Not ideal for pre-treating heavy individual stains
- Fixed dosage may not be suitable for half-loads or extra-large loads
- Requires careful storage away from children and pets due to pod nature
Setup, Compatibility & Care
These pods are compatible with all standard domestic front-load and top-load washing machines. Always handle pods with dry hands to prevent the outer film from dissolving prematurely. Store the container in a cool, dry place and ensure the lid is snapped shut to maintain the integrity of the remaining capsules. These pods should not be used for hand washing delicate items as they are formulated to dissolve fully under the mechanical agitation of a machine wash cycle.
