The SPORTNOW Vibration Plate Exercise Machine is designed for individuals seeking an effective and quiet home workout solution. Its primary benefit is targeting stubborn fat and improving circulation through high-frequency vibrations, offering a potentially faster-than-cardio workout experience. A key caveat is that while it targets specific areas, a comprehensive fitness plan is still recommended for overall results. This machine features a powerful yet silent 200W motor, 120 speed levels, five preset programs, and includes resistance bands for a full-body workout. Its stable design with anti-slip footpads and suction cups, along with an LED display and remote control, enhances user experience.

For optimal results, it is recommended to use the vibration plate 3-5 times per week. Start with shorter sessions (10-15 minutes) and gradually increase duration and intensity as you get fitter.
The vibration plate can be gentler on joints compared to high-impact exercises due to the low-impact nature of standing on the plate. However, if you have specific joint issues, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional before use.
The SPORTNOW Vibration Plate Exercise Machine supports a maximum user weight of 120 kg.
No, assembly is not required. The machine comes ready to use straight out of the box.
The remote control allows you to adjust speed, select programs, and control time without having to reach the console. Ensure the remote has a battery and point it towards the machine's display for operation.
The resistance bands are versatile and can be used for a variety of upper body and core exercises such as bicep curls, chest presses, and ab crunches. They can be integrated into various standing or floor-based movements.
While the vibration plate can contribute to calorie expenditure and muscle toning, it is most effective for weight loss when combined with a balanced diet and a comprehensive exercise routine.
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the machine and a working electrical outlet. Check if the power switch is in the 'on' position.
Verify that the selected speed level is appropriate for your workout goal. Ensure the machine is on a stable, flat surface. Check for any debris under the plate.
Ensure you are using the bands correctly, attaching them to the designated points. For greater resistance, try performing exercises closer to the machine's base.
Try unplugging the machine, waiting for 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Setup: The SPORTNOW Vibration Plate requires no assembly. Simply remove it from the packaging, place it on a flat, stable surface, and plug it into a power outlet. Ensure the area around the machine is clear.
Compatibility: This machine is designed for home use and operates on standard electrical outlets. It supports users up to 120 kg.
Care: To clean the vibration plate, unplug it from the power source. Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe down the surface and resistance bands. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the material. Ensure the machine is completely dry before plugging it back in or using it.
