Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Unpack the TV carefully, ensuring all packaging materials are removed.
- Attach the stand or mount the TV to a wall using appropriate hardware (sold separately).
- Connect power and input cables (HDMI, etc.).
- Turn on the TV and follow the on-screen setup wizard to connect to your Wi-Fi network, sign in to your Samsung account, and scan for channels.
Compatibility:
The TV supports standard HDMI 2.1 ports, making it compatible with modern gaming consoles (PS5, Xbox Series X) and PCs for high-resolution, high-refresh-rate gaming. It supports major HDR formats like HDR10+ and Dolby Vision (if applicable, check specific model details). Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity ensure compatibility with wireless audio devices and smart home ecosystems.
Care:
- Clean the screen with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For stubborn smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with distilled water only. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the TV to prevent overheating.
- Periodically check for software updates to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
- To minimize the risk of screen burn-in, avoid displaying static images (like channel logos or game HUDs) for very long, continuous periods. Utilize screen saver features and vary content whenever possible.
