Troubleshooting

Low water pressure despite using the handset.

Check your home's water pressure. The handset is designed to boost pressure but cannot overcome extremely low supply. Ensure the water supply to the shower is fully open.

Water leaking from the connections.

Ensure all connections are tightened properly. Use Teflon tape on the threads for a better seal if necessary. Check for any damage to the rubber washers.

The shower spray is uneven.

Remove the faceplate and clean the spray nozzles to remove any blockages. Use a small pin or needle to clear any debris.
