This toy is recommended for children aged 3 years and older due to its detailed parts and functional elements.

What materials is the toy made from?

The toy is primarily constructed from high-quality, durable ABS synthetics.

Can the backhoe loader be removed from the truck?

The JCB 4CX Backhoe loader is integrated with the low loader trailer for transport, but it functions as a separate unit once deployed. It is not designed to be fully detached from the trailer chassis.

Is this toy suitable for outdoor play?

Yes, the durable ABS plastic construction and rugged tread tyres make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor play.

How do I clean the Bruder MACK Granite Low loader?

Clean the toy with a damp cloth. For tougher dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by rinsing with clean water and allowing it to air dry completely.

What are the dimensions of the toy?

The approximate dimensions are 935 mm in depth, 185 mm in width, and 265 mm in height.

Can I add other Bruder accessories to this truck?

Yes, the MACK Granite's fender has a receiver for attaching optional accessories like a rake blade, sweeping machine, or cable winch (sold separately).

Troubleshooting

Loader or excavator arm feels stiff

Check for any obstructions or debris caught in the joints. Gently move the part back and forth to loosen it.

Tyres not gripping well

Ensure the tyres are clean and free from mud or excessive dust. The tread pattern is designed for grip on most surfaces.

Parts detach during play

For accessories that attach to the fender, ensure they are securely clicked into place. Small parts are designed for play but may require reattachment if forcefully pulled.

Plastic shows minor scuffs

Light scuffs from normal play on ABS plastic can be gently buffed with a soft cloth. Avoid using solvents.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The Bruder MACK Granite Low loader truck with JCB 4CX Backhoe loader is ready for play straight out of the box. Ensure all moving parts, such as the loader, excavator arm, and stabilisers, are free to move before commencing play. Access ramps can be folded down for loading.

Compatibility: This model is designed to be compatible with other Bruder vehicles and accessories, allowing for expanded play scenarios. Additional accessories like a rake blade, sweeping machine, or cable winch can be attached to the MACK Granite's fender receiver (sold separately).

Care: To maintain the toy's appearance and functionality:

Clean the truck and backhoe with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners.
For intricate parts like the engine or cabin details, use a soft brush to remove dust.
Store the toy in a dry place when not in use, away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Ensure all moving parts are kept free of dirt and debris to prevent jamming.
