This is a common occurrence with blind box collectibles. Unfortunately, duplicates cannot be exchanged unless the product itself is faulty.

Duck arrived damaged or faulty

Please contact customer support with details of the fault and proof of purchase. Refunds or exchanges are possible for faulty items.

Adhesive is not holding

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and smooth before applying adhesive. For stubborn surfaces, consider a stronger, appropriate adhesive suitable for PVC and the mounting surface.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: No assembly is required. Simply open the blind box to reveal your Upset Duck. Some ducks may have a flat base suitable for standing, while others can be adhered to surfaces using appropriate adhesives (not included) on areas like the bottom or back.

Compatibility: These ducks are designed as display items. They can be placed on most flat surfaces such as desks, shelves, tables, and computer monitors. They can also be adhered to non-porous surfaces like laptops, phones, or car dashboards. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying any adhesive.

Care: To clean your Upset Duck, gently wipe it with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or soaking the plush in water, as this may damage the material and the painted details. For dust accumulation, a soft brush or a gentle dusting with a microfiber cloth is recommended.
