These Forgefix Wing Nuts are a convenient alternative to the standard Hex Nut, allowing hand tightening without the need for spanners. They are bright zinc plated for increased corrosion resistance. Also known as a 'Thumbscrew', the wing nut has two large metal 'wings' for easy tightening and loosening. These are ideal for applications where hand-tightened fastening is required, frequent adjustments are needed, or quick part removal is necessary. They can be used with all threaded bolt products.
