Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Decide whether to use the planters individually or stacked.
- If stacking, simply place one planter securely on top of another. The design allows them to interlock for stability.
- Fill each compartment with appropriate soil mix for your chosen plants.
- Plant your selections.
- For outdoor use requiring drainage: Use a drill to create small holes in the base of each compartment. Ensure the chosen drill bit size is appropriate to allow water to escape without washing away soil.
Compatibility:
These planters are ideal for a wide range of plants, including:
- Strawberries
- Herbs (basil, mint, parsley, chives, thyme, rosemary, etc.)
- Alpines
- Bedding plants
- Small flowering plants
- Succulents
- Trailing houseplants
Care:
- Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Store in a dry place during harsh winter weather to prolong lifespan, though the plastic is durable.
- If used outdoors with drilled drainage holes, monitor soil moisture to prevent over or under-watering.
