Setup, Compatibility & Care
To prepare your planters for use, verify your intended location. If using the planters outdoors, it is highly recommended to drill a small drainage hole in the base to prevent water accumulation during rain, which can lead to root rot. If using the planters indoors, simply place a saucer underneath or use an internal waterproof insert to protect your flooring.
Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dust or mud. Avoid using abrasive scrubbing brushes that could compromise the UV-proof finish. When storing during extreme winter conditions, brushing off excess moisture can help extend the life of the finish, though the materials are designed to be frost-resistant.
