FAQs

Can these placemats be put in the dishwasher?

No, these are not dishwasher safe. The wood base and print surface will be damaged by immersion in water.

Are these heat resistant?

They are designed for standard dining temperatures, but avoid placing extremely hot pots or pans directly from the stove onto the mats.

What are the exact dimensions?

The placemats measure 11 inches by 8 inches, and the coasters are 3.7 inches by 3.7 inches.

Can I use these outdoors?

These are primarily designed for indoor use. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, rain, or direct sunlight to prevent the wood from warping or the finish from fading.

How many pieces are included?

The set includes a total of 12 pieces (a mix of placemats and matching coasters).

Troubleshooting

Surface feels sticky or dull

Wipe with a slightly damp cloth using only water, then immediately buff dry with a clean, soft microfiber towel.

Mats sliding on the table

Ensure the table surface is clean and free of crumbs or oil residue, as these can compromise the grip of the wood base.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward: simply arrange the mats on your dining table. These are designed for indoor use on flat, clean surfaces.

Care Instructions: Clean these items by wiping with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the designer artwork print.
Storage: Stack the mats and coasters in a dry, cool area to prevent warping of the wood base over time.
Compatibility: The neutral beige, ivory, and taupe tones are highly compatible with wood, glass, or marble dining tables, acting as a soft visual bridge between modern and traditional dinnerware.
