Bohle Veribor 2 Cup Suction Lifter - 60Kg

The Bohle Veribor 2 Cup Suction Lifter is designed for loads up to 60kg.

No, this lifter is designed specifically for flat, smooth, and non-porous surfaces. Textured surfaces will prevent a proper vacuum seal.

Clean the suction pads with a damp cloth after each use to remove dust and debris. Ensure they are dry before storage.

It is suitable for materials like glass, polished stone, sheet metal, and smooth plastic sheets, provided they have a flat, non-porous surface.

Make sure the suction pads and the material surface are clean. Place the pads firmly and press down the levers until they lock, creating a strong vacuum seal.

If suction is lost, the grip will release. Always test the grip before fully relying on it and maintain a firm hold while maneuvering.

Aluminium is naturally corrosion-resistant, but it's still best practice to clean and dry the lifter after use and store it in a dry environment to maintain its condition.

Ensure both the suction pads and the material surface are perfectly clean and dry. Check for any damage or warping on the suction pad edges. Ensure the lever is fully engaged.

Check for any debris caught around the lever mechanism. Ensure the suction pads are making full contact with the surface, creating the necessary vacuum pressure to allow lever operation.

Verify the total weight of the object does not exceed the 60kg limit. Inspect suction pads for wear or damage, and clean them thoroughly.
