Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Setting up your "World of Shakespeare" puzzle is straightforward, but preparation enhances the experience:
- Unpack Carefully: Open the box and gently empty the pieces onto your designated puzzling surface.
- Inspect Pieces: Quickly check for any damaged or unusual pieces. Report any significant issues immediately.
- Prepare Sorting Trays: Using small bowls, shallow boxes, or dedicated puzzle sorting trays can greatly assist in organizing pieces by color, shape, or feature.
Compatibility
This puzzle is compatible with:
- Ages: Recommended for ages 12 and up due to its 1000-piece count and detailed nature. Younger children might find it too challenging without significant adult assistance.
- Surfaces: Any flat, stable surface large enough to accommodate a finished puzzle (approx. 27 x 19 inches or 68 x 49 cm). Consider a puzzle board for portability.
Care & Maintenance
Proper care ensures your puzzle pieces remain in excellent condition for future use:
- Handling Pieces: Always handle pieces by their edges to prevent bending or peeling.
- Storage: When not in use, store the puzzle and its pieces in a cool, dry place. The original box is ideal. If the puzzle is in progress, consider a puzzle mat that can be rolled up.
- Cleaning: If pieces become dusty, gently wipe them with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid water or harsh cleaners, as they can damage the cardboard.
- Preservation (Optional): If you wish to permanently display your completed puzzle, use a dedicated puzzle glue and frame according to the product instructions of your chosen adhesive.
